My name is Kyle.

I grew up knowing that one day I wanted to own my own business. My corporate career has provided me with opportunities to fill roles in online marketing, business development, and sales, but entrepreneurship has always been my passion.
I love to dissect other businesses, almost to a fault. For example, I will walk into a restaurant and immediately identify inefficiencies they should correct to become more profitable. Lucky for me, Bryndee has a similar mindset. As a result, dinner conversations with Bryndee often turn into critiques of how we would do things differently if we were in charge of the restaurant of choice. We decided to turn these critiques inward and do everything we could to build the most efficient real estate company out there.

Our journey of real estate investing started with a small duplex in Wisconsin and has turned into something we love doing together. My goal is to bring value to every person I meet, including you. Hopefully some of my thoughts (and mistakes!) will be beneficial to you, so jump in and take a look!

My full time job is chasing our four-year old and 18-month old, around. But between juice boxes and riding bikes, I get the chance to help manage our business. I grew up with an interior decorator as a mom and always loved crafts. On the other hand, I grew up with a business-minded project manager as a dad and loved taking business classes in college. So naturally, real estate has been an industry that was easy for me to fall in love with.

I always planned on, and even started my career, in the health field but our real estate business turned out to be the perfect fit for me. Not only is it something I love to do, but it enables me to spend more time with the ones I love because it is so flexible! My role at BNP Homes is to manage our rental properties and flip projects. My favorite part of my job is walking into a house that looks like a dump and thinking about all the things we can do to transform it into a beautiful home.
I believe anyone, in any market, can be successful in the real estate world--all you need is some basic knowledge and tools. Although we both come from non-real estate backgrounds, Kyle and I have built a thriving business in the industry. Join us on our journey and learn how you can do it, too!
